One of the standout features of CrowdStrike Falcon is its versatility as a data source, providing deep visibility into endpoint activity and threat telemetry. The platform’s CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL) is intuitive yet powerful, enabling security teams to perform complex queries without requiring extensive training. This makes investigations and threat hunting highly efficient.
Additionally, the ability to create dashboards quickly and customize them to specific operational needs is a major advantage for monitoring and reporting. The integration with CrowdStrike’s Next-Gen SIEM capabilities further enhances the platform’s value by centralizing and correlating data across multiple sources, improving detection and response times.

What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the user interface of CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection Platform because it's very easy to navigate. I can get a lot of useful information out of it for detections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the big things is in next-gen SIEM view, although it's a very good interface and view, sometimes the sorting mechanisms are not the same as the endpoint one. So for example, I'm unable to sort by char two five six or even sometimes host name. So adding that useful addition would be very well utilised for us rather than having to pivot across and do alternate filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection Platform solves coverage gap issues for us, ensuring our detections are comprehensive across our services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection Platform provides one console for all purposes. The agent is much lighter than other competitors, which I appreciate. Additionally, the platform offers advanced real-time threat protection, which is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find high memory and CPU utilization at times. The initial setup was challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection for lightweight, real-time threat detection and scanning. It discovers SOAR systems and provides a unified console, offering advanced protection.
